... smiles on everyone’s faces ...
I remember hearing Ten Strings And A Goat Skin for the first time at a Festival of Small Halls event in Murray River Hall back in 2008 when they were just talented young kids. Since then their stage presence has grown immeasurably. They are still ‘talented kids’, but are musically mature and are now confident, innovative presenting artists. They put smiles on everyone’s faces and always have hands clapping and toes tapping. Truly a joy for audiences to watch.

...one of the most professional and talented groups...
Ten Strings And A Goat Skin were one of the most professional and talented groups to ever grace the Harmony House Theatre stage. Despite their young ages, the boys are able to engage their audiences with their down to earth humour and stories, and impress them with their instrumentation and vocals. Their repertoire of songs and tunes keeps their show interesting, they are musically tight and their friendship and brotherhood makes for a feel-good performance all around.

For a young band, Ten Strings And A Goat Skin created quite a buzz at the festival. In particular they built a strong following with our young audience. Loads of talent, great stage presence and super easy to work with. A perfect festival act. Great things lie ahead.

…the young trio has steadily made a huge name all over the Maritimes over the past two years and has seemingly played absolutely everywhere,….this on-fire fiddle/guitar/percussion trio have harnessed an Acadian traditional spirit between them that is completely intoxicating, playing everything from French to Irish to even Gypsy music. You just never know where their ceaseless energy will take you next.
